"Ben has worked with me over the past 10 months to improve flexibility and decrease soreness. He is a true professional who takes the time to understand your goals for each session. I would absolutely recommend Ben to anyone."
M. Healey "I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy who works in Winter Park, FL and found Ben through networking. I went to him as a patient to work on some ongoing musculoskeletal issues and felt improvement after just one session! Although I know how to manage many of my symptoms with physical therapy, there is no substitute for skilled manual work, which Ben absolutely provides. He is a very kind and knowledgeable massage therapist who I would not hesitate to recommend for any of my patients, friends or family members."
Ally Cox, DPT "I met Ben at the Town of Celebration Half Marathon, and I was in a decent amount of low back pain. He did some of his science stuff(magic), and my back pain went away! I ran the next day with no pain. I just went back again for a full hour, and he fixed me again. My right calf had been sore for 2 plus weeks from a mild strain and running a half marathon without being fully recovered. Today is the best it's felt. Best massage therapy I've experienced!!"
C. A. "I was suffering from a fairly bad case of Plantar Fasciitis which forced me to stop running and I could barely get out if bed to walk in the morning. After 1 visit I can say that Ben reduced my pain by 100%. It was significantly better and after 4 visits it was completely gone. I ran a full marathon within 1 month of seeing Ben and had no problems at all. Awesome!!!!!"
Teri "Last year I underwent bilateral hip resurfacing surgery (an alternative to traditional hip replacement surgery) that long term leaves me without any restriction and allows for long distance running, heavy lifting, CrossFit, etc. However, the surgery itself is more invasive, causes significant soft tissue damage, and recovery is initially much slower. Especially after the second hip surgery in December, I was left with enormous swelling, significant pain, and severely restricted movement that the doctor-prescribed physical therapy failed to improve. Feeling unstable and insecure, I could not even focus on upper-body training or anything else. After my first session with Ben, however, only five weeks post-op, I felt stable and ‘symmetrical’ enough to ditch the cane, start working out in a systematic fashion, and record consistent, measurable improvements. The second massage session (8 weeks post-op) increased my range of motion already to beyond the limits previously set by severe arthritis. As of July 2015 I can go on trail runs of 2+ hours, ride my mountain bike for 4+ hours, all pain free. I continue to see Ben every few weeks to work on lingering imbalances and miscellaneous aches and pains, and I can’t wait to see what I’ll be able to do once the one-year anniversary of my surgery rolls around."
Ralf J. "Ben has fixed my broken body each of the five times I’ve done the Ironman Florida race. It’s difficult to arrive at the starting line after so much training (it’s a 140.6 mile race) without some little thing wrong. The first year my ankle was hurting so much I was not sure I could even run. Ben fixed me up with some kineseo tape, told me what to do to heal the ankle during the days preceding the race. Not only was I able to run, but I ran well for the whole race with no ankle pain. Each year he has been able to fix whatever was hurting and I’ve been able to race without pain. Well, without starting in pain. I also always see him after the race to put me back together, and he always gets me going again.
Besides having a tremendous tool box of massage / active release / stretching / taping he has been able to assess things in my body that others just haven’t. And on top of that he’s fun while being totally professional. I recommend you see him if you get a chance. If anyone can get you fixed up, Ben can." Jasha Ironman Triathlete "As runners training for races we relay on the services of massage therapists. When visiting the Orlando area we book appointments with Ben who we first met at a race in 2016 in Orlando. Ben was recommended to us by physiotherapists at the expo & his credentials reflect the high degree of skill, training & knowledge he has. Having sessions with Ben ensures that we have great pre & post race massages that flushes our muscles & ensures the release of muscle and fascial tension. Ben provides a professional, friendly service while giving solid practical advice regarding strengthening, stretching & injury prevention. As runners we have dealt with numerous massage therapists both at home & while traveling. We highly recommend his services when in Central Florida! Why try others when you can try the best!"
Myles & Bonnie McCormick Halifax , Nova Scotia "I have always been one of those athletes that waits until I'm completely sore or injured to get a massage. I thought the massage would be a quick fix. Don't get me wrong, Ben can absolutely help when you are sore or need a recovery flush. But over the past few weeks I have been going to see him on a regular basis (once a week) and have definitely seen the benefits of getting regular work done. I am feeling more recovered, less fatigued, and am staying ahead of any minor tweaks or pains that typically arise. Ben's work can actually prevent injuries from creeping up and he can help you stay ahead of the curve with recovery and overall wellness. I can't recommend him enough."
Stephanie Nickitas Head Coach UCF Women's Tennis, CrossFit Winter Park Owner/Coach, former professional and collegiate tennis player "Ben is wonderful person who is great at his job. He is extremely knowledgeable and is passionate about his profession. I began utilizing his services more for sports preparation and recovery. I am an average athlete who has done several Ironman triathlons and there is no doubt in my mind that Ben helped keep me healthy during all the training. I've referred several people to Ben, including my brother and wife. I am one of his biggest fans!"

"I can personally attest to the experience and knowledge of Ben with Rx Massage Therapy. I am a professional volleyball player looking to always play hard and get better with every practice. During one practice I happened to lock up by landing from a block and I could barely walk let alone stand straight up. Our scrimmage/event was the next day and I didn't know what to do, I had traveled from California and desperately wanted to play with my team. That morning was the most painful car ride experience ever and then the day turned around so fast after working with Ben at the event. We did a series of stretches and resets and I instantly was able to stand up. Feeling more confident I asked what more we could do to get me out on the court and he was able to perform different techniques that had me ready to jump and ready for play. I was able to play in the scrimmage later that day and I am forever grateful for the job Ben and the work he continues to do for us with Team Wave!"

"I had a period of intense exercise and had been having some pain in my back and stiffness in my legs. My wife suggested going to Ben for a massage. I decided to try it out and was pleasantly surprised to find that following my session the pain had subsided and I had more flexibility in my legs than I had experienced in months. I have decided to return regularly and have been more than satisfied with the results. I have found Ben to be a well experienced and knowledgeable professional with his clients best interest at heart and recommend him highly to anyone considering massage therapy."

"I had been going to Ben for a a while when he left his last office. I tried to keep going to the new massage therapist they got in the office because they were contracted with my insurance, which saved me around $50 per treatment. After a month of trying to solve the same problem, I realized it just wasn't working. The new guy was okay. But when you get spoiled by a really good massage therapist, it's hard to go back to an average one. I went to Rx Massage therapy and saw Ben again just once and I feel better than I have in a long time. I'm a girl who loves to save money, but I would rather (and will continue to) pay full price out-of-pocket to go to Ben than to go to any other massage therapist - even one that is contracted with my insurance. Yes, he's that good."

"Ben Keyes, RxMassageTherapy.com is the best. He lives & breathes massage with so much knowledge, yet forever a student of his craft. A consummate professional, passionate about his work. His philosophy is that deep tissue shouldn't be painful. The results you get without feeling like you had the sh*t kicked out of you (because everyone thinks that's how it's supposed to be) are amazing.
Look at the Facebook feeds of everyone else being recommended and compare them to Ben's. Yes, he has some funny stuff included, which shows his personality at the [massage] table, but it includes lots of health information, while the others are just spamming specials for business or make no mention of their work."

"Ben is highly professional and absolutely great at what he does. I've visited Ben for many years and have always been pleased. He is extremely knowledgeable in treating athletic related aches, pains and injuries. I have no reservations in recommending him to others."
