For Treatment of Sore Throat, Cold and Sinus Congestion
To “treat” these lines, gently press the pads of your fingers on the bottom tip of your sternum. Friction (Move the skin without sliding against it) in a circular motion. Do this along the entire line over to the nipple (Women, do not friction directly on breast tissue. Work around the breast). Friction every inch of the line up to the collar bone and to the base of the neck. By now you should be able to swallow with less throat irritation and start to feel your sinuses begin to open up. Continue up the side of the neck, on both sides of the ear, up the side of the head and scoop forward to the top of the forehead. Follow back down, being sure to cover the entire line. Repeat and do the other side.
Take your time and you don’t need to press hard. If you find a sore spot above the breast and below the collar bone, spend some extra time there with increased pressure. Take a couple breathes into it and continue on.
