Celebration Marathon Sports Massage Team
The Rx Massage Therapy Sports Team is happy to be providing the sports massage team at the Celebration Half and Full Marathon! We have been providing excellent licensed massage therapists since the inaugural year. Although we will not be providing pre-race therapy at the expo, you are welcome to make an appointment online at our Winter Park office.
Please don't run in pain. Let us evaluate you and let you know if massage therapy will help you run pain free. Don't just finish the race, feel your best as you cross the finish line. We treat the most common issues for runners, such as, Plantar Fasciitis, IT Band Syndrome, hip flexor pain, Patellar Tendonitis, Meniscus pain, and a number of other hip and knee conditions. In addition to corrective manual therapies (best done several day before a race or during training we provide Kinesio Taping, Cupping and IASTM modalities when necessary.

Race Day:
Sunday, January 26th We will be available starting at 8 AM and staying a little past the cut off time for the full marathon. We will be providing FREE, post-race flush/recovery massages and assistance with mild cramping. Very limited passive-stretching will be done to avoid cramping. You will find us set up under a pavilion on Front Street, across from The Celebration Tavern and Market Street Cafe with a view of the water.
